Welcome to Aura. By creating an account or using this app, you agree to these terms. Aura is a mental training and wellbeing tool designed to support focus, calm, and energy through short daily sessions, journaling, and an optional AI coach. It is not a medical device and is not a substitute for professional mental health care.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Aura is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. You can delete your account and its data at any time from Settings, or by submitting a request on our delete account page.
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to access another user's data, introduce harmful code, or use Aura to store unlawful content. We may suspend access where we believe misuse has occurred.
We strive to keep Aura available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change over time, and we may add or remove functionality. The wellbeing check-in and professional support directory are available without an account; other features require signing in.
Aura provides general wellbeing and self-reflection tools. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. The wellbeing check-in is a self-screening aid, not a clinical assessment. If you are in crisis or need medical care, contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services. Crisis resources are listed in the app's professional support section.
Messages sent to the Aura Coach are processed by a third-party AI provider to generate replies. Avoid sharing sensitive personal or health details in chat. We are not liable for the content of AI-generated responses.
You own the journal entries and reflections you create. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide the service. You can export your data from Settings and delete it at any time.
Our use of your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aura is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms as Aura evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
